Oklahoma Department of Human Services evacuated one of its offices Tuesday after construction workers found tiles made from asbestos.
So.
Leave them there with the asbestos. We should disband this worthless organization anyway.
If they die from exposure, it’s fewer caseworkers to neglect the children.
We don’t need to pay caseworkers to ignore the children when the parents already do that free.
The worst thing that can happen to a child is to put them in DHS custody, and before you send me angry emails about shooting off my mouth, I know what I’m saying.
I’m a former foster parent and I’ve seen the damage first hand.
Leave the children out of DHS custody, and leave the asbestos where it is.
Instead of DHS killing children, let something kill DHS.
Better yet, combine DHS with another agency Oklahomans love, the Oklahoma Department of Transportation. Create the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and Human Services.
Take the inbred scum parents that abuse their children and use them as labor to fix the roads. Keep them chained together until the job is done right.
I know it sounds like an 1800s railroad chain gang, but it’s a solution.
Payroll is a huge budget percentage, and free labor would loosen funds to spay and neuter abusive parents.
Roads are fixed and parents are fixed.
I would vote “yes” for that bond.

I, too, am a former foster parent. I agree with every ounce of my darkened wicked heart.

I think parents that are receiving welfare checks should be drug tested.( If they were employed in a decent job, they would be tested) and if they fail, they obviously aren’t using that money for their children and are buying drugs instead. They should not be able to get any more help until they can test clean.
