Mattatarian’s Food Offering of the Week (Hot Dog Edition)

Hot Dogs are a staple at gas stations.  Most look like shriveled leather and have a rubbery texture, but not QuikTrip’s.  Their Hot Dogs are plump and juicy.  QT provides chili or melted cheese, but I prefer shredded cheese.  I added the cheese at home.  I’m simple, cheese and mustard.  I cannot find or make a Hot Dog that is better than QT’s.  Sorry Coney Island and Oscar Mayer.  QT wins on the Hot Dog front.
