Shocker! Killer Blames Someone Else
De Anna Rosser-Coatney fell off her motorcycle near 11th and Memorial in November 2007. Several people went to her aid. Moment’s later; Kimberly Graham drove into the crowd and killed five good Samaritans. Did she stop? No, she drove away.
When Graham turned herself in the next day, she admitted to being intoxicated. She now claims she was sober, but was too ashamed to admit it because apparently on her planet being a bad driver is much worse than a drunken driver. This makes as much sense as saying you prefer herpes sores because you’re ashamed of a tattoo.
Brain-dead would’ve worked better.
She has convinced herself the hit-and-run wasn’t her fault because the victims wore dark clothing. Maybe next she’ll convince herself she has a winning chance at America’s Next Top Model.
Graham is nothing more than a drunken white-trash insignificant feces-filled brainless uncaring tampon-socket meat-wallet twat loser skank whore.
The fact the she offset the blame shows she has no conscious. Actually, killing five people and driving away shows he has no conscious.
She’s on trial for first-degree manslaughter and leaving the scene of a fatal accident. She can receive four years to life, which isn’t harsh enough.
She took away five lives. Why should she keep her own?
What she should’ve kept was the only societal role she was born to … a sperm mattress in a trailer park.
(Update: The jury found her guilty and sentenced her to 107 years.)

In this case in Tulsa District Court Mr. Adams represented a client who was accused of using a video camera to secretly video tape “up the skirt” of a 16 year old woman. In this case Mr. Adams filed a Motion to Dismiss and successfully argued, that to secretly video tape “up the skirt” of an unsuspecting woman, did not violate Oklahoma Law. The case was dismissed and the state appealed the ruling to the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals; the ruling was affirmed.
