Neon Tulsa Signs

Passing the newly replicated rebuilt Meadow Gold sign on Route 66 caused an ADD moment. I pulled over my car, took out my camera and shot some photos. Not happy with only one location, I drove through downtown and midtown to snap more shots of great neon signs. Enjoy this collection of city neon signs.
The Tulsa Foundation for Architecture recently finished a Neon Sign Survey in Tulsa. A map is in the works to document the locations (some gone) of the signs. For the record, it’s the original Meadow Gold sign, not a “replica”. The ugly brick thing they put it on is another story…
