Sweet! First Place Runner Up … Twice!

The winners of the 2009 Okie Blog Awards were announced Sunday. I was the runner up in not one, but two categories. That’s two more than I expected. Thank you to everyone who voted.
I came in second in the Most Humorous category, which The Lost Ogle won. Since, I write for them on Tuesdays, I’m sure they won because of me.
For the Best Tulsa Blog category, I came in behind to Tasha Does Tulsa. That one surprised me. I’m not surprised that I was runner up, I’m surprised I was nominated in that category.
I didn’t get anything the Best Writing category. Maybe me do gooder next years.
