The sole gal who attended Lady Night at Tulsa County Line, Catoosa’s historic teeth-optional bar, gave up Saturday and crossed I-244 to Hard Rock Casino.
Hard Rock Casino’s successful Girls Night Out, coupled with free Pepsi fountain drink options, had lured all-but-one “Lady” from TCL.
Known for hosting local musicians with leftover gangsta rapper names such as Raz-N, Denby and Blue, the depressing bar failed to attract the right mix of Skoal-spitting singers and female groupies whose laundry is left on the clothesline for weeks.
Although only men now patronize TCL, there are no plans to turn it into a gay bar.
Kitty Darlene, 48, will face competition with Hard Rock patrons that she refers to as “scabs,” “whores,” and “floozies.”
